Yumeimise desires to deliver your products on time agreed upon at purchase. However, due to certain barriers, we are unable to assure you that orders will be delivered within predetermined time frame.

We will send you an email notifying that your products are on their way as soon as we processed your items with our partner couriers. If we are unable to reach the expected delivery date, we shall not be liable costs, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are absent during the delivery, we will give it to your relative or to any person in your house who can prove their identities of relation with you. We might require him or her to present his or her identification card and sign a paper.

We recommend the recipient to inspect the product for any faults, defects or damage before signing the delivery paper and to keep the receipt for possible future use.

To check the status of your delivery, you can track your order online through our courier’s online tracking system. You will be needing the tracking number which we will provide by sending to your email address.


If reasons to return the item(s) arose, you have 30 days upon receiving the item(s) to return your order. Yumeimise suggests you to initiate the return request immediately by informing them at (Contact Detail)

Please ensure that the delivery receipt is included in the parcel and that the items have not been worn and are in their original packaging. The item(s) must be returned to our returns address within 30 days upon receiving the item(s): (Address)

Once return is received and inspected by our fulfillment centres (usually within 3 - 5 working days of receipt), your return request is subject to approval and has to be assessed thoroughly by our coordinators. They will be calling you to know more about the return issue.


If your order was placed using a Credit Card or PayPal, we will refund you through the same method of payment once we received your item.

For orders placed with Cash on Delivery, please provide your name, bank name and account details so we that can refund you through bank transfer once we receive your item.

If the item is faulty, but the customer no longer in possession of the original packaging, proof of purchase is required in the form of the returns slip, to receive a refund.

Cancellation of orders must be done within 3 days after you purchased.
For INTERNATIONAL please be informed that when we already shipped out and given to you the tracking number we do not have RETURN/REFUND Policy especially to those countries who will be questionning by the Customs. So before ordering the products from us please ask your customs if its allowed to your country or not.
